Beacon Hill is hiring! We have partnered with a consulting company in Waltham, MA is hiring Customer Service Representatives to start immediately! This is a mainly remote position with the requirement of going onsite a few days per year. This is a temporary opportunity with high-potential to go permanently. Our client offers a great work environment with the opportunity to grow!

Responsibilities:

• Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Great written and spoken communication skills
• Someone with contact-center or high volume customer service experience is good
• Will deal with phone calls, emails, cases, etc
• Health industry exp not a must
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
• Appropriately communicate with customers
• Must be able to work from either 10a-7pm or 11am - 8pm, Monday - Friday remotely.

Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
* High School Diploma is required, an Associate's degree is preferred
* Proven problem solving skills along with excellent communication skills
* Ability to interact with various types of customers
