As a Dispatcher, your job will revolve around ensuring smooth operation of our field technicians through efficiency in assigning appointments and delivering top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of internal and external (team and customer) facing tasks and work diligently under pressure.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Must have a valid Driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technician appointments
• Optimize routes for timely and efficient service delivery
• Proficiently manage scheduling/tracking software and Microsoft Excel to monitor and oversee technician progress throughout the day
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Update customer and job records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Provide exceptional customer service through handling phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant scheduling experience for our customers
• Review, interpret, and generate invoices/estimates for field work
• Assist in updating and maintaining reports and information required by the Operatin Manager, Sales Manager, and Bookkeeper to support the company's objectives
• Adhere to company standards of excellence to ensure alignment with expectations and reputation, including demonstrating integrity, trustworthiness, loyalty and dedication.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in a service business with annual revenue exceeding $1 million
• Ability to work on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks.
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
