Resident Care Assistant – Part Time

Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a PART TIME Resident Care Assistant (RCA ) for EVENING shift to provide quality care for our residents.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
• Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
• Engage residents in social interactions and activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
• Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
• Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols

The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a:

• An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential

• An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shifts
• Additional hours may be available in other departments if desired
