Job Title: Tile Installer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of tiles in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project requirements and prepare surfaces for tile installation.
• Measure and calculate the amount of tile needed for projects.
• Plan tile layouts, considering aesthetics and functionality.
• Cut and trim tiles to fit around corners, edges, and fixtures.
• Apply adhesive or mortar and set tiles in place, ensuring level installation.
• Grout tile joints and clean excess grout from surfaces.
• Install trim pieces or borders as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tile installer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of tiles and installation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in construction.
• Certification or training in tile installation is a plus
