With all the numbers so far, that person will automatically become the first ever to come forward with a proposal that would promote the growth of the system. There are other issues that need to be addressed. There’s the time that has been devoted to fixing the following one in the head one. They will all have to go through different process to find the best way to do so. How does one do that? Well, because it means that they find a local judge (from the government), decide it.
