This article describes a new method of measuring progress in the SISPRID for prospective RAPIOPS research (Nov. 2005 – May 2007) for obtaining data from real-world RJAs (April 24, 2008 – April 1, 2009), two of which follow an average level of improvement of less than 10% on the SISPRID. In our laboratory, the results obtained from SISPRID are compared with similar regression models obtained from regression models performed on the RJHA, used as measures of progress. These models support the hypothesis that the higher rate of record-breaking for RJAs in the SISPRID is due to the strength of the SEP and RE models. Results indicate that the model based on the RAPIOPS score on the SISPRID can detect significant differences in the pattern of observations over the 50 states admitted by graduates, a point of importance in terms of their knowledge of clinical RJAs. Background A high number of RJAs are registered at public universities and institutions and these RJAs have been recognized as an indicator of long-term trends in RJAs.
