It is to welcome feedback and I assure the authors that there will be none. There are a number of suggestions for improvement in Article 89. The following needs to be clarified. Since I am writing this as a blog I do not believe a majority of the British public are aware of Article 89. I believe that in many cases the subject of personalisation may have to do away with being on a personal page.
