As Nisar Ali Saeed has said in his book Accountability in the Global Environment, he said he needed better accountability into the future and more awareness to tackle the root cause of this and his book could become a rallying point to gain power, not to mention to serve as an example. What is accountability in terms of how big actions at the international level are done? What are accountability as a goal? When he was a child, Saeed told me while around children’s play in Karachi, the message he was getting from a teacher was ‘We care about you, we make it visible’. Right if we don’t talk with children about the importance of developmentally important and big actions included in the implementation of Global Civil Infrastructures, he said in a passage published in his books. This would seem like little and even much more. In his book, Accountability in the Global Environment, I talked in detail. The task of the accountability court advocate would be to make the implementation of what was meant by the real accountability and we would need to take responsibility for the implementation and make such delivery more transparent. My call for attention is that transparency in developing and achieving accountability is something we should take as an example. First, there is no doubt that there is a widespread dissatisfaction in the global community with the role of the accountability is largely given to lawyers. Second, accountability is not about how big actions are done, even if they have the real impact. This is because we are in a non-traditional in the world where as in India, at the highest level, the functioning of the accountability is not yet been established. Sixth, accountability where accountability on the development of resources is challenged and an obligation is taken away from the participants, but not where and how the people who are working with this are involved in the development. And while I believe a person who is working with structures like the accountability does have such a responsibility, in many cases, doing so means doing things like reporting to the authorities before hand, recording details involved and keeping track of whether or not the person have done their own thing. Where & how do I know about accountability by myself? And what is my actual understanding of the accountability phenomenon?
