Especially in the world of M&A and tech startups where everyone is always worried about competition getting to something under wraps (literally) so they sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to make sure that information remains confidential and that they maintain proprietary ownership over the deal. But does this extend to Karachi as a whole? Does this work the same way as other metropolitan cities? Now, you might have some reservations if you heard my story of how I lost an entire tech firm by doing this incorrectly, and that would completely give the other side an advantage to outdo and steal your game by getting everything revealed on the press (which was, unfortunately one of my biggest clients).
